Hacking [Help] Pokemon Sun Gateway corrupt save

Hello, I have been playing pokemon sun on Gateway emunand with no problem at all using the guide listed somewhere in these forums. Suddenly my save data got corrupted, I am certain that it isn't as that thing had happened to me once more but somehow I recovered it. What I did now is that I backed up my save using savedatafiler (I can attach my save file if it needs to), I reverted the save and the game works fine from the start. However if I try to inject my save I got the corrupted message again. I don't really want to lose my save. Any advice will be much appreciated.
EDIT: I can open the save file with PKHeX with no issues.

If you can decrypt the save to be used with JKSM I can have a look at it, have you deleted the secure value

Yes, I already tried that but it didn't work!

Use jk savemanager. For whatever reason I've had more luck with this software as it deals with the secure values automatically.

Can you inject other pokemon sumo saves using jksm? You should be able to inject any save (even made by other 3DSs). If others do work, then you must really have a corrupt save.

I tried injecting a previous save that I had and it worked. I haven't done anything to corrupt my save, this issue had happened to me once more without knowing the reason though. If my save is recognized by pkhex , can I somehow recover it? Copy all of my stats/pokemon/flags/etc to another working save for example?

I'm not sure, but it's worth a try. Also @proflayton123 offered to look at the save for you if you post it.

Yes, I have already posted my save to him by PM. I don't really get why gateway has so much trouble with card2 saves at all. Maybe my micro SD had issus (although I doubt that since I have formatted it and only used it for that single game).

Ever consider switching to a9lh + luma? You can still use your gateway cart, and you get brick protection, better compatibility etc.

Yes I have both, but since my micro SD card was 8gb compared to my 4gb SD card, I used gateway. Plus I can add cheats if I ever need to (although I haven't used any yet).
