Homebrew (HELP) *Operation Failed*

So I bought an OG 3DS today and am in the process of installing CFW on it. I have followed every step on 3DS.guide correctly. I am in *Section 3 - Launching FBI* and the previous step told me to update my system so I did, then tells me to open download play and load into the Rosalina menu, it was a success, but when it tells me to go into “Miscellaneous Options” and “Switch the hb.title to the current app” I get a message that reads “Operation Failed (No suitable process found)

What have I done wrong? Anyone have a logical answer?
