Hacking Help on soft modding wii u don't know what I did wrong ??

Hi I followed the steps on soft mod the Wii u and I was on the part where I had to install COS 56 57 and 58 .. I feel like I did that right but when I try to install the HBC forwarder using the wad manager it says failed to install ? I really tried installing the COS 56 5758 And I still get the same message ? Does anyone know what I did wrong and could I start over somehow?
