ROM Hack Help - No Cheats after Pokepatch Diamond

I just patched my rom of pokemon diamond so palpark and my ruby rom on my ezflash3in1 will recognize properly. That worked well and I was able to migrate meh pokemon except now the cheat function of my r4 doesn't work. before the patch i could use cheats from the usrcheat.dat but now I dont have an option to go into the cheat menu.
was the rom id changed and can I get cheats back?

Get R4CCE http://home.usay.jp/pc/etc/nds/ and update the GameID in your cheat file.
