This should be in PC systems, or NDS tools.

Anyways, which pic are you looking for? If its the DS logo, then google Windows DLDI patcher.
That has an option on the installer

I believe there is a cycloDS tool thing which sets the icons as the internal icon. Try the cyclo section or the search button

It's a program that shows u the game icons in windows itself without opening a program

You run the program which makes it so that .nds files use the DS icon as the windows icon... You don't run it every time.
