uhm i have a wii with a wiikey chip but in a mail to nintendo i said i have a wiikey and all of that but i didnt mean to

Can any1 please tell me if they can now take my wii away or something ? is this all legal ? please help !

I'm sure if the decide to respond they'll scold you for having one. But really, how the hell do you manage to not mean to tell them you have a WiiKey? That would've been the farthest thing from my mind in a letter to Nintendo.

well i had a problem with brawl that the disc couldnt read so i mailed to ask if i must sent it in to them for reparation but then i said/ask if that if i will send it in that they will not remove the wiikey chip

i know.... im stupid

but is it legal or not

sorry bud but it is illegal, they'll either take the chip out and replace the drive or send you a letter saying it has been seized due to piracy, plus with the Brawl disk not working had you tried updating the Wiikey software to 1.9s which was made to allow real copies of Brawl actually work as it stops it normally.

He means that because it has an illegal component in it, they will confiscate the console
