Help: NDS-Cards.com order questions (Noob)

So I ordered an EZ-Flash V for gba. I used my VISA to order it and the site said I would receive an order confirmation immediately and it never came. I also noticed there was a check box I could click and update my self, am I supposed to do this? The image I uploaded is the check box I'm talking about it.

I don't believe you are supposed to be able to see those check boxes. Score one for somebody screwing up I guess. I would email them just to confirm that they received your order and everything went through properly. It looks like you were still charged, and it would be a shame if you didn't receive your item.

Before anybody points it out, I'm sure OP meant they ordered an EZ Flash IV, since nds-card doesn't even stock the EZ Flash V.
