I have a Sony Duo Pro Stick 8GB Mem card.

I havent tried formatting it, as i dont really want to, i would do that as a last resort lol, as i have 7GB worth og games and it takes ages to write stuff on it..

Is formatting the only way to go?
That should have been the first thing you should have tried!

Take all your crap off there and reformat the stick!

Ok i formatted the stick, but while copying my games back on i noticed i had no game, game 150 etc folders.. they wherer just missing :S

Also before i formatted i had these random ' ... ' files 0 bytes. I couldnt delete them :S

Everything is working now with the exception that all my Saves are gone.. and all my PSX games are gone

You formatted the stick before backing up your stuff?

If you did I have no idea why the hell would you do something like that after I basically told you not to!

EDIT:
Wow I sound/type like an asshole when I haven't had enough sleep!

Okay, this is what you do. On your PSP, there's a function to format your Memory Stick located in the rightmost part of the XMB. After you "format your Memory Stick", all the GAME folders will automatically be generated by the custom firmware. When you have access to your Memory Stick either through your PC, all your .iso games go in the /ISO folder. All homebrew apps go in the /PSP/GAME folder. Simple enough I hope?

Try doing a "chkdsk X: /f" in Start>Run.

Remember to change X: to your memory card letter. If it's E, just write "chkdsk E: /f".

Then format the card again, and try.
