Phone: DROID RAZR
Last night I was playing on my phone checking Clash Royale before I went to sleep, went to check Discord, It wouldn't open so I restarted the phone, it was charging so it turned on to its low power consumption mode right away... I set the phone down right next to me and then I fell asleep. I wake up, shoulder blade barely touching the phone and I go to pick it up and turn it on... won't turn on... I unplug and re-plugin the charger and the notification LED is white instead of blue like it was last night before I went to sleep... No matter how hard I try to do something It just doesn't turn on. Diagnosis ?
History of Device: 2 weeks ago a person that always complained about his phone got a new one and gave me the old one... He always complained about how slow it was, I spend a couple of moments, find out its full of viruses and whatnot, go to open the browser and its Pornhub... go to check the settings and one of the viruses on the device specifically called Malware App kept replacing the settings... so 1 hour later I did a factory reset on the device, had no SIM so I had to bypass that part of the device activation which is easy as hell. Even after the factory reset is done the phone still was/is slow because the hardware was permanently damaged because he didn't know what to do and never let me help him out.
