Hello people, I have a problem and I want to see if anyone can help me .. The thing is that my 3ds when I turn it on only turns on the blue led but does not start. Step after installing gba games when I tried the games off and after I turned on and passed that problem I have bootstraps and luma 8.0 in version 11.4

Does the blue light stay on, or go off after a second? If the latter, redownload Luma 8.1 from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases and replace the boot.firm on your SD card. If that doesn't work, also try 7.1 and the arm9loaderhax.bin from 7.0.5. If neither of those work, then try a new SD card.

If your light is staying on, do the same as above (maybe your file got slightly corrupted). If you get the same result with different versions of Luma (that is to say it doesn't change to blinking on then off), then restore a NAND backup if you have one https://3ds.guide/godmode9-usage or do a 9.2 CTR transfer if you don't https://3ds.guide/9.2.0-ctrtransfer
