You can't really upgrade laptop hardware.
It's technically possible, but it requires some serious soldering skills, and the heatsink for the new chip might not fit, meaning you'll have to use the old heatsink which can result in overheating issues.
Edit: Your laptop is pretty outdated in general, you should really consider getting a new one.
I don't think you can upgrade the graphics card of that laptop as it is only using intel integrated graphics, also it's pretty hard to upgrade laptop parts apart from the ram. I think you'd be better off buying a new laptop/desktop or playing it on another machine. Sorry for not being much help...
