Hacking Help me try to unbrick this 3DS

So, i have a o3DS XL from a friend that was bricked during a failed attempt to downgrade it. My friend trying to fix the brick, flashed another's 3DS nand.bin backup to it, making the situation even worse...

I also have my own o3DS (The original smaller one) running luma and i bought a flashcard flashed with ntrboot.

Is there any way to fix the brick with this tools? Currently the 3DS boots into a blue screen with this code:

ERROR CODE: 00F800FF
F8F8FFFF FFFFFFFF
00000000 00000000

yeah you need a ntrboot setup, I cant remember the name but I'm sure there was a script made for godmode9 that will fix the nand and restore all the system files , I'm sure someone will chime in before I remember/find it
