ok, that didn't help at all. the main page for cebit is from germany, and there is no talking about netbooks whatsoever. So whats CeBit doing thats important about netbooks?

CeBit is a german Computer expo, which takes place in Berlin, with a lot of stuff like netbooks and all the other PC and geek stuff
If new Netbooks get introduced the prices of 'old' netbooks will fall and you can grab one quite cheap.
