I don't know what the process is for making an Ocarina code, but there's a specific game I want to do it for and I'll explain why.

I recently downloaded an old Gamecube demo disc that contains a demo for the beta of Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. I've been looking for differences from the final game, but one annoying thing that keeps happening is that you will automatically game over after a certain amount of time passes. I want to make a code that stops this from happening so I can play the demo for as long as I want. Here's some info about the disc:

Name: Interactive Multi-Game Demo Disc - Version 18
    ID - D77E01

I can give more info if needed. All help is appreciated.

Doesn't Dolphin have RAM searching options to make AR codes? One could just back port the AR Code and generate an Ocarina Code using a combination of GCNCrypt and ARtoWiiRD.
