Hacking HELP! m3ds real customs save files dont read/load

i download a save file, converted it to a .sav for the m3ds real and place it in the game folder. I run the game and the save file doesnt read.
Also save file automatically created by the cart was copied onto pc, save file deleted on cart then played the game. Save file was taken from desktop and placed back into cartridge and it still doesnt read. Help please. I am using latest firmware.

You may want to try highlighting the game in the Game Menu, then hit Select and choose 1 > Default. See if that will work.

Did you use Shunyweb Savegames Converter ? Make sure that you choose Save Target format as M3 DS Real (.0) and rename .0 to .sav
