Hacking Help installing cIOS 249

I want to be able to use USB Loader GX in vWii but Im having trouble installing the cIOS it needs? I installed cIOS 236 so I can now install other IOS's but I dont exactly know what to do next. I know theres probably different procedures for vWii so a written guide would be appreciated. I wanna be able to play brawl off my USB

You really don't need 236 though.
