Homebrew Help i acidentily deleted system settings

so bassicly i was unmodding my ds and i acdidentilly deleted system settings and i dont have the rom for it
I NEED HELP NOW

I don't really how to help you but looking at this post, the one who asked the question got it working again, you should take a look at it

How does one "accidentally" open FBI and locate System Settings in the list and select Delete title or Delete title and ticket and confirm the deletion?

Now… I did the exact same thing – not accidentally but on purpose (Delete title and ticket) of System Settings. Effects:

• After closing FBI the System Settings symbol remained on Home Menu – but no title/graphic on the upper screen when moving the cursor there
• Trying to open the settings gave a nice ARM11 crash
• Safe mode / recovery mode was not affected and happily repaired the damage I foolishly decided to wreak havoc on my test console

→ Run an update in Recovery Mode.

If a system update thru recovery mode doesnt work, a CTR transfer will solve the problem too.
