So I've been out of the loop for a while and haven't touched my O3DS in forever. Here's what I remember about my current system: I'm running Luma and my emuNAND (at least, I think I'm in emuNAND on boot) is 11.6.0-39. My SD card has godmode9 files on it so I presume I can access exploits of that level. If that is my emuNAND, I think my sysNAND is way earlier, I think I have it all the way back to where you can load exploits through the browser. I have .cias installed of 3DS and GBA games. Hopefully that gives people an idea of where I sit and what exploits I have access to on my current system. Now, onto the main point. I want to get my O3DS up to date on all the latest and greatest exploits available. Cursory research of the pins recommends Sighax as an unpatchable hack that is more powerful than what I've got now. While I'm sure the tutorial there is more than easy to follow, I'm not sure how much of it I immediately qualify for. Last time I put any major work into hacking this thing was over a year ago, and even that was kind of haphazard. Any help in what extra steps, if any, I need to take in my journey to Ultimate Haxors XD(tm), it would be much appreciated.

Godmode and Luma should be easy to update as you can just download the latest files from those repositories and put them on your SD. After that, update your firmware like normal since it's safe to do so in Luma's sysNAND. Me personally if I were in your shoes, I'd even go so far as to format my SD and start from scratch using the 3DS.guide site. You'd have to start somewhere in the middle as your system already has godmode and Luma, but at least from there you'd be sure you were starting mostly fresh. You can even use Checkpoint to backup your saves beforehand. The longest bit would be to reinstall the CIAs, but even that I think you can just backup your Nintendo 3DS folder and add that back after formatting. I can expound on any step if need be.

Well that would explain why it said system version instead of emu version. Fair enough. As for formatting my card and following 3ds.guide.... I just might. I probably still have a lot of guff lying around on there and I need as much as those 16GB can give. Hell, may even go so far as to buy a bigger SD card if I'm going to do all that. As for saving my CIAs and save files... Yeah, probably should back those up. I have a load of CIAs from Freeshop (games I lost over the years and didn't want to rebuy) and a bunch of GBA CIAs and I don't know if I want to go through the trouble of getting all those back. Anyways, thanks for the advice. I'll hold out for a few more opinions before going forward but it looks like I didn't miss out on as much as I thought.

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
