Hacking HELP , format 3DS while nag update ?

hi
i tried the GW update many time , finally i was able to do it
but i forgot to take a backup for the frameware and exit
is there a way to back to that menu ?

also , i took too much time trying the exploit , and that made my 3DS download the update
now its asking me to turn on the wifi to format my system

if i format my system , will it be on 9.4 ?
or it will stay on 9.2 ?

If you format it will ask you to update so it's a no go.
For gateway menu just do the gateway exploit without the red card on the 3DS and the menu will appear.

it didn't ask me for the update , only to turn on the wifi

i know the update already on my system , because i tried to enter the eshop and they said there is new update
