Help Firmware old r4 card

I have a old r4 card (dont know wich one it is precisely may be a clone) . Also don't know wich firmware i need to put on it so if you have a idea pls let me know.

Appears to be a DEMON clone? Your cart should work with RGF's YSMenu under the R4i-SDHC folder (r4i-gold.com v1.4/1.4.1) or with TWLMenu++.

That is a timebomb. It's kernel based and doesn't affect the hardware. Either set the date and time back, or, get these alternatives.

What do you mean by the "first link"?

The one that I posted before? I'm confused. If you read the guides that I had linked, then it goes through step-by-step on how to copy the kernel files to the SD card and configure it.

the Twilight menu one i've installed it and it gives the same message. i am sorry i am a noob at these things but the second wich of the downloads do i need?
