Hacking Help FBI keeps freezing while installing big cia.

It's only the biggest games like resident evil, I had a old version of fbi but after updating to the newest version is when I started getting this error. Also what does fs mean on a cia file? I know rf is region free.

I don't know about the freezing but FS stands for FirmWare Spoofing so that you can play games that require at least (for example) 9.6 on a lower firmware version such as 4.x.
