i was messing around with other flashcart´s firmwares on my 3ds.
The sd card previously had emunand installed. I removed it formatting with easus file master.
everything was working normally, but then, when i put my original flashcart firmware back, i was suddenly loading emunand each time GW mode loaded.

I reformatted, but now, ds exploit will never load. stuck on bars each time. The problem IS with the sd card , because my other sd card works normally.

How do u properly remove emunand from an sd card?

Format it with panasonic sd card formatter
You will want to backup you photos, saves...etc first

When you try to do a quick reformat of the card, does the emuNAND still take up ~1GB of space?

If that is the case, you need to use cmd to clean/clean all your SD card. Then repartition the card. That will get rid of the the hidden emuNAND partition.

Here is an excellent guide:

After step 11, click on that link to create a new partition.

i removed the 1gb partition with easus, then made the sd card "whole" again. for some reason some conflict was still happening, ds exploit always crashing.
logon´s advice to use panasonic formatter fixed the issue.

That worked for me at least. Glad to see it working out for you.
