can someone tell me how to do the dsiware downgrade without a9lh I'm reading the guide but I don't understand

Yes I have a old3ds wit 9.2 sysnands and 11 emunand

It is pretty straight forward. What don't you understand? You need to buy fieldrunners on the emunand of your system. Then edit some files with fbi. Transfer your emunand to the clean 3ds. These are just abbreviated steps but its pretty much what you have to do. You won't be able to finish the a9lh installation if you start it now though as the 11.1 update has blocked homebrew. Wait until it is updated

So emunand can do system transfer I was reading something that said it couldnt only sysnands to sysnands if that's the case I understand now ?

Just purchase the DSIware on the Emunand, then system transfer your emunand to your target 3ds, and that's it.
