Hacking [Help]Convert gateway saves to .cia

Could someone convert my pkmn moon save to .cia?

I updated my o3ds to b9s and I can't figured out how to make an emuNAND to use the gateway with it.

You can't convert a save to a .cia file. However you can inject a save into the installed .cia on the SD Card by using a JKSM.
