The only working Wii Remote I have is 3rd party Nyko Wand that I bought years ago (My original Wii Remote accidentally got dropped into a glass of Coke, and something on the inside corroded over time.)
I would like to use my Classic Controller Pro for SNES, Genesis, and GBA games, but for some reason it doesn't respond in any Homebrew applications. The Wand + CCP works fine on official Virtual Console games and on Wii games played via USB Loader GX, but not in either the Homebrew Channel menu, Emulators, or Nintendont, even though the Wand by itself works just fine in all of those.
Is there a way to fix this, or do I just need to buy a new Wii Remote? And if so does it need to be an original non-Motion Plus model, or will the new ones sold in stores today work?
