Reviews are the best because they're the least biased.
Actually charts are the least biased, reviews are the most biased, which is why they are good. Charts have this over simplifying problem, whereas if a reviewer likes a cart, they can sort of nudge you in the right direction.
As well, reviews (if done thoroughly) present lots of facts, lots of evidence. You don't have to listen to what the reviewer thinks, the important part of the review is the justification, if they say it is good, and have pictures, videos, descriptions that are accurate, then you can be the judge of whether you would like it or not.
This is very true. This actually gives you an idea where a chart is so simple and the charts these days have almost no use in my opinion because most carts have almost all the functions that other carts do. CycloDS is probably the one with the most features so it probably doesn't qualify for this rule.
