Homebrew [HELP]Can't Install Cias

If you're running FBI from Health and Safety then it's technically a CIA.

Do you not have FBI/BBM installed as a native CIA?

i injected FBI.app to healt and safety from it i install all cia than i want, well, no with my new SD card...
i never installed another cia for install cia except for Big Blue menu when i saw that FBI was giving me the error but Big Blue Menu failed too...

iirc, bbm pops out the same error when you reinstall a game after recover emunand, it actually relink the data in Nintendo3ds folder to your recovered emunand.
press ok when the error pop out, go back the home menu, the game should show up now.

the error occur to me with old and new games and they don't show up when i go back to de home menu. (i tried to install for first time Fire Emblem Fates and failed then i tried to install Zelda again and failed)

Well, i injected the old emunand and when i passed the files for homebrew launcher and insert the SD in the 3DS, it doesn't detected the SD...
returnd the SD to my PC and all files corrupted
i format the SD once again, i passed files once again and again all files corrupted, i think the SD died...
so sad because i don't have money for buy another one...
i only wanted to play Fire Emblem, cruel destiny.
