I am not professional (i never harrdmodded a 3ds) but did you make a NAND backup?

looks like accidentally connected female usb n male straight to my computer without sdcard adapter

If you connected the NAND directly to USB you probably fried your NAND....the mod doesn't connect to a standard USB port, it needs to connect to a sd reader
