Hacking Homebrew [HELP] Badges to apps’ shortcuts confusion

The creator said:
To make a badge function as a shortcut to a system application, put the TIDLow of one in the filename, between the first and second periods

But all my badges (cfw) have underscores like Pr_MH7_PandaMH.png

So like for the settings app, where and how(renaming the png image?) would I place the USA TIDLow 00021000?

Yes, you rename the png image to add in the TIDLow e.g.:

Pr_MH7_PandaMH.00021000.png
