Ok, now I am downloading SSBB (90%)

and I am asking If I should set layer break, I am downloading the wiizard one, and it is 7.46 GB, should I set the layer break at 2084960? Are all the releases the same?

And also, How do I know that I bought a good Dual layer disc?, I bought one for 3$ (HP double layer DVD-R) will it work? It is the only brand I found in town

I would buy Some verbys from the net. Even though absolutely EVERYONE goes on about them and theyre expensive. its fucking awesome. never produced anything bad on verbatim - R

DVD-R DL does not support Layer Break. Most of mod chip require layer break, i dont know how about ur chip.

For me, Verbaim +R DL is the only disc that works for SSBB. Tried with TDK, Memorex and all failed.

it does, maybe you wanna try ur luck before buy other media. Some people managed to get it works with other brands like Ricoh of Fuji. If still no, then better looking for Verbatim +R DL made in Singapore.

Verbatim are some off the works disks ever look for anything in a go7 ink or above them types have never let me down full stop on any system
