so i have made a texture pack and thats is why i have joined today

i wanted to upload my update on the texture pack i made but i can't
i think its because of the limit on new users

Turns out there was a just a upload limit. I think there needs to be a
warning when you try to upload a large size, so you know

all I got was a 0% and stuck there
