What are you looking for, regarding 3DS hacking?
I assume you know that you can install cia files (3DS games) with FBI. As to where to get said cia files, you are on your own on that one as it's against the rules to either share or link to Warez sites (or content).
You can use TWilightMenu++ to play DS games as well as DSiWare. Same thing for nds roms, you are on your own.
You can use NSUI to make VC injects for NES/SNES/GG/MD/GB/GBC/GBA etc. Games.
You can also use Open_Agb_Firm for GBA games with (the same) perfect compatibility & performance as the VC titles.

Hey thanks! I'm not looking for anything too specific, just some things I need to know as a starter. I'll definitely check out those apps you suggested!
