Hello, thought I'd make an account with how often I find myself at GBATemp.
I couldn't find any information on getting RetroGameFan's kernel running as primary on the R4i-Blue v1.6 clone cart for NDS (Though I may have just not been looking hard enough)
and thought I would share what I've found to work for this cart. I'll try and post my findings in the "RetroGameFan Updates/Releases" thread.
