Hello, my name is Mythrandir. I'm not very experienced when it comes to computer technical stuff, yet I'm somehow the tech support for family and friends. Pretty well my knowledge is only enough for very basic troubleshooting and bricking my own tech. "Going under the hood" is where I usually find trouble. Primarily, I'm a consumer of the services provided here.
I've visited these boards here and there when troubleshooting or attempting to "go under the hood" of consoles (hardware and software). I finally figured that now is a good time for me to join the community. I may run into issues I cannot troubleshoot on my own. I may also be able to help out other, less knowledgeable, users while wandering the forums (I suspect it will be a relatively rare occurrence).
