Hacking Hekate payload injector wont boot after doing android image, black screen?

I had a perfectly working Hekate/atmosphere setup on SD. I decided to start clean on my 400GB SD and go through the steps to get android working and bring files back over later.

I ran the Etcher windows program. Put the 128GB android image on the card. Copied over the other shield and joycon zip files. I also copied over the atmosphere and other ini files that appeared to be missing to this new 2GB partition with android related files (i thought maybe why the black screen). (I did make a backup of the entire SD card just in case via acronis)

Now payload injector rcmloader or by pc both result in a black screen, no splash. I cant figure out why.

Any thoughts as to what i'm missing, betting something missing on this 2GB partition created during the android part?
With the pc payload injector, i do get successful smashing 0x700 etc.

Update, i decided to inject (C:\Program Files (x86)\TegraRcmGUI\favorites\hekate_ctcaer_5.0.0.bin) rather than the hekate_ctcaer_5.2.0.bin file using the pc (i had been fine on the cfw with 5.2 via pc or via rcmloader dongle before wiping the sd and starting over), this DID work with the 5.0.. so i'm further along doing the google apps install etc. Android is booting up (some messages like Nvidia games has stopped appear during setup though)

I still need to figure out why 5.2 wont boot however.

I copied back over the files, things seem ok now and it boots correctly.

The real issue is that android, chrome, etc, is horribly slow.
