Hacking Healthii Problem

well ive gotten past the runtime error 9 but now when im in the middle of creating the health screen it just stops at a file choosing box for U8 Tool HowardC and doesnt continue creating? am i meant to choose a file? does anyone know what to do?
please help i have also tried this on 2 computers exactly the same thing happens

never mind i tried the old version of healthii and it worked
