Gaming hdd question

i want to get a 250gb and flash it, do i need to have a hdd first or can i just buy a case? why would i need to have a hdd first? thanks

You can just buy the case for it. No need to have another hdd first, although if you want backwards compatibility you'll have to get hold of partition 2 from an original drive as the 360 doesn't create it when you format it.

Files: N/A - I don't think the forums will allow the files to be linked. Just look for HDDHackr and the relevant hddss.bin files.

Just so you know, it currently only works on WD Scorpio and VelociRaptor drives, up to and including 250GB, although they're fairly cheap anyway. A little looking around and you can pick up 250GB drives for around £40.
