Hardware Hdd problems

Hello there!
So I have a Ps4 slim 500gb model. And I put a 1tb hdd from a ps4 fat in it. I tested the HDD in crultaldisktools and it got perfect reading and writing results and it showed up as healthy.

When I used it as internal drive on the slim it had issues. God of War cutscenes had audio out of sync and Nier Automata would frameskip. I had to put the 500gb drive back as internal hdd but it is too small. Did anyone experience this? Is there a way to fix the 1tb hdd?

It got good results in the benchmarks and it is an original ps4 drive, from 1tb ps4 fat.

4200 RPM? 5400 RPM? 7200 RPM? how big is the cache on the drive?
The PS4 could be saturating the drive, making the speeds horrible.

would recommend upgrading to a 7200rpm one
