Hacking HBL Switch 4.1.0 - error 2011-0301

Hi, sometimes when i try to run an homebrew or download an application from the HBappstore through hekate-ipl's hbl i get this error: 2011-0301
What does it mean? Thank you.
The only app i managed to run was 2048, doom and many others failed.
