You are wrong there loadiine also use kernel on wiiu, it uses userland hacks to get to kernel

Loadiine required kernel. You can read the old documentation about how it only supported 5.3.2 at the time due to lack of kernel on other versions.

If you really want to load the libtransistor retroarch, you would just need to recompile it with the new libtransistor updates. The problem of no jit or sd still plagues it though.
