Hacking HBG Shop problem

My hbgshop works otherwise fine, but there hasn't been new games or updates for like two weeks now. Anybody else have this issue, or just me?

I have just started using this and so far so good. have you tried the update option in the settings. I think I am on r56 or just maybe there have been no updates.

I have just started using it too, I am on R56 but I noticed that some updates and games are not showing up (however they are shown under their releases in discord)

Yeah I have the newest update r56. But for some reason like the newst games and updates from last 2 weeks (like Carrion or Catherine) aren't coming up.

It seems to have stopped at 7-10. I just wonder if this has something to do with the firmware update. I now have 10.1 and atmosphere 13.0 but still the same.

Yeah thats a little strange, I dont have experience with it so unfortunately i dont know why its not updating. I only got it cos its more convenient to download updates. Maybe someone more experienced can advise us

iirc they have a discord server where you can see the changelog for new stuff. so, maybe check there first and see if recent content there also appears on your Switch?

For a comprehensive Tinfoil, I'd add the following:

1. HBG (starting point, since it has asset requirements)
2. UnderShop
3. ChaosShop
4. JITS
5. Party Shop

thanks, i'll check those other shops. HBG shop Discord still gives new updates and games, but they dont show up on tinfoil. Also you can't discuss there anymore

You wouldn't happen to have paths for these? Can't seem to find with google.

Idk if giving invites to discords is allowed on gbatemp but you can find the jits discord server easily with a google search. Same for undershop. ChaosShop might be harder to find, its on a much smaller server. Partyshop has no discord. I generally ask people to refrain from sharing our urls publicly and ask they join the server if they want help with it and show the same respect to other peoples links.

Go to the file browser tab, hit - and enter the info. Jits discord has a gif tutorial showing how if you need a visual.

I am using sx os. do I need to install tinfoil where it shows on the main screen or is there a way that I can keep it under homebrew like a .nro file

Not possible. Previous versions of tinfoil were nros but now it is only an nsp. You could use the old versions for local install but they cant use shops or titledb anymore.

Shops are no good just download your NSP files on a shady website. I dont see the benefit of using the "Shops"
