Homebrew HB with powersave on 10.1 ?

Hi. Its possible to reach has the homebrew launcher with the powersave? And if yes how?
Im on O3ds , Eu , 10.1.

So obviously This person hasn't done their research, because technically you can get the homebrew channel through powersave using OoTHax... IF you can somehow acquire the appropriate save file from friendly users who have the same 3ds and firmware who could supply you with it. My post here https://gbatemp.net/threads/oot3dhax-powersave-edition.401799 explains how i used powersave to get homebrew for version 10.2 on my n3ds but maybe someone can get you the save file to use for your 3ds and version, if you ask around nicely enough

Well yeah that's true but I don't think OP as Oot3d, as he would have found info on this already (maybe?). Or at least he would mention he woud have it if he did and knew it was a form of a 'sploit game. He might mean Powersaves directly, which I don't understand how in any way it would do this. It's not like it's an Action Replay that works while in the 3DS.
