im trying to make a code that when it equals something

D3000000 02090A01 <- Sets offset to Health address
D4000000 00000002 < Supposed to add 2 when marios animation is 14
D2000000 00000000 <- Ends code
This isn't working and I saw online that D4 can be used with D3 stored offsets I need some help, please thank you.
