I feel like such a noob for asking this but if anybody could help that would be greatly appreciated!
Anyways... Every now and then when I try dragging a tab left or right on Internet explorer(version: 9.0.8112.16421) It'll make a new window for that tab, so I'm asking if there's a way for that to stop happening.

Ok I'll go with firefox since I use that at my grandpa's house but still if anyone could provide me with a solution that would actually fix that it would be really helpful
