ROM Hack Having trouble with Alpha Sapphire hacking...

So here's the explanation of what the issue is.

So I made a backup of my Pokémon Alpha Sapphire cart using BrainDump and decompressed it as I was supposed to which gave me the romfs and exefs folders. I proceeded to edit the music to those of my liking and re-compressed them, converted it to .3ds, then tried to convert it to .cia after making sure that I had dumped the xorpads for the game. Once it finished converting, I tried to install it on Emunand and it would finish but after unwrapping it, the logo won't appear without the sound and the 3DS would give me the "An error has occurred." message. I even deleted the update data from the 3DS, but same thing happens! Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Why exactly are you going the way of building it into a 3ds to convert it into a cia?
You could just build it straight into a cia.
I hope you didn't mess up header etc. On building.

If you build it don't forget to NCCH encrypt the build CIA (through Decrypt9) before installing. Or you won't be able to launch it.
At least I had to do so the last time I played around with cias.

Alright so I followed the updated tutorial and I managed to get the banner/sound at the home menu, but still got the error after trying to load it.

I think Asia was trying to say that the header braindump gives you won't work. That is why your game is giving an error.

You are running a CFW right? If so, dump your game with Uncart. It will dump a full (playable) .3ds ROM from a gamecard.

So I went and used Uncart on a copy of Omega Ruby and it seemed to had completed. Except it only gave me 2 xorpads when trying to get those and the HackingToolkit says the following things:
"Error, exheader hash mismatch. Wrong key?"
"Error, IVFC segment corrupted"
"Error, RomFS corrupted"

and dump your legit card using the gateway launcher, uncart is shitty
