Hacking Having trouble with 3ds cfw plz help

So I had cfw installed on my 3ds... I turned it on 1 day and FBI and all the other stuff was gone I read a thread that said I need to do finalizing steps again I got to where U gotta do the download play thing but instead of booting the homebrew it just went into that loading screen with the red corners
Like a infinite load just wondering if I f,d up somewhere just want to say I only did finalizing steps idk if I have to do the others and I used (seedminer)? The bottom 1

Your SD card probably went kaput - test it with H2testw https://3ds.guide/h2testw-(windows) and in the meantime get a new one from a brick and mortar store (definitely not ebay or Amazon third party).

Put boot.firm and boot.3dsx on it and do the finalising steps again.
