Hacking Having some trouble with ntrboothax

So today i recieved my R4i Gold 3DS RTS from nds-card i follow 3ds.guide for single system and it says but the ak2i_ntrcardhax_flasher_dsi.nds on your sd card put it into the flashcart and launch it but for some reason when i launch the flashcart it shows a white screen for a second then boots to a black screen

You need to setup the flashcard to working order before you use it for NTRBooT. I'm going to guess you're missing the kernel....

right now im trying to just gen into the flashcarts menu to launch the nds file but its just booting to a black screen
