Hacking Having problems changing my R4´s kernel.

Hello, I have an R4i V1.4.1 WIFI (that is what is written on it), and I´ve been trying to change it´s kernel. I tried the V1.85b kernel from the r4i-sdhc site but it seems not to work with my R4, even being the correponding kernel for my R4 according to the site.

Here´s what I tried:
I downloaded the .zip folder of the kernel.
Then I unziped it and copied/pasted the 3 folders and the R4.dat file (these I got from the folder that i got by unziping the .zip folder) to my formated SD card.
But when I put the SD into the R4 and the R4 in the DS Lite I have, I got a completely white screen after selecting the R4 in the DS main menu.

Hope you can help me out, and thanks for the atention.

I tried it, but it didn't work.
The same thing happened: a completely white screen was displayed when I booted the R4.

I followed the readme text "how to install" from the multi card upgrade folder.

is the right one.

Which SD Card did you use ?
How is your SD Card formatted ?
