Gaming Having issues with Evolve on Steam.

Hi guys. After activating Evolve on Steam, I am unable to play the game. I took a few screenshots to clarify what's going on. Steam support hasn't gotten back to me about the issue, so I thought I'd come here and ask your thoughts on this:

Just tried your suggestion, but nothing changed. :/

how about delete all files from steam folder EXCEPT steam.exe and steamapps folder (the one with the games, so you dont have to download them again, it will however verify them)

whenever i have problems with the client i do this and always solved....

specially that clientregistry.blob is usually what gives more problems.. i had to delete it several times on the past...

if still didn't work check in the inventory if its there...

steam support turned to be an automatic piece of shit... either a machine answers the tickets or people don't even read what is your question about...
