Hacking Having issues Using GCN controller with Wii Games

a few days ago. i started having issues with my wii, the GCN controllers doesnt get recognized if i load a Wii game thru Backup Loaders (like USB Loader GX and Uloader). However, my controllers do get recognized in Original Wii Games (thru the disc channel), Virtual console games and homebrew apps like Nintendont and Not64. The weirdest part is that in the Menu of USB L GX, the GCN controller works like normal, when i load the game, it doesnt anymore

Yes, ive been testing it with GCN controller compatible games like Mario Kart Wii SSBBrawl, and GoldenEye007 and they arent working.

Any suggestions? or at least info about whats causing this issues?
